► Setting up the Interview Session: •The host must shout that there will be interviews. Take this as an example... "[Interviews] Hosted by (Host), Co hosted by (Co-Host).
•Now, about 15 minutes before interviews, start picking staff. Have them stand STS (Shoulder to Shoulder) and then pick####u#####t#f#####help.
•After 8 staff have been picked name them, there have to be 6 interviewers, 1 ranker, and 1 lobby supervisor.
•Now you have staff prepared, now go around saying :age (Users), if they are below 5, then :FF them, after aging, then kick all FF'ed users.
•Ask user's to spam F90k, if they are in tags, FF them, if they are not in tags, name them Good! Then kick all FF'ed user's at the end.
•Send all staff of to their places, and then it will be time to start interviews!
► Interview Tips • Safe Chatters cannot be passed whatsoever. We cannot have hashtags! If you suspect your interviewee has safe chat - ask them to say 'f90k' and if it turns out to be in hashtags they have safe chat. You have to automatically fail them. • Make a happy interviewing atmosphere! Be kind and they'd feel happy enough to tell the truth. We are not here to judge. • Look out for proper grammar in your interviewees! Full stops, parenthesis', commas correct capitalization! Though they might not have the best grammar, you can still pass them though they have slight grammatical mistakes. • If your interviewees response take up to 45 seconds, they would need a fail. We want quick staff! |
