I have the following script in a LocalScript in the workspace and have a Value named "Thething" why is this not working...?
workspace.TheThing.Changed:connect(function() if workspace.Thething.Value == 1 then game.Players.LocalPlayer.PlayerGui.ScreenGui.TextButton2.Text="WARM UP" end end |

Check your cases. |

| I fixed the uppercase lowercase issue, and put the script into StarterGui... Still not working, any suggestions? |

What do you mean? I don't recall LocalScripts ever being able to run in Workspace and I joined in 2010.
It wouldn't make sense for them to.

"A player's Character model is in the workspace?"
I said "child", not "descendant". There's a few exceptions.
