Whenever I play ROBLOX, I can't hear a thing. I can't hear the in-game music, jumping, walking, gun shots, etc. If you are experiencing this problem, or if you know how to fix it, please post. P.S: I tried to reinstall, but it didn't work. I also tried changing my volume settings in my speaker settings, but it still doesn't work. |

Hello panda,
This sounds like a issue with your computer. May I ask what type of computer you're using? |

Here is one Solution:
You must go In-Game for this to work!
Click on the Volume Icon, By the clock that's on your computer on the bottom right corner.
Click on "Mixer"
And under the ROBLOX Icon, you will see where you can change the volume level, Make sure it is not down all the way, if so, adjust it to your liking, and that should solve the issue, But if that does not work, make sure the blue Icon under the the volume level is not turned off!
Hope that helps, if you having any more trouble, Just tell me. |

| Were you In-Game when you checked? Because the only way for the Roblox volume option to come up is when you are in a game. |

| Hmm, Then this could be a issue with your computer... Has your computers volume been messing up lately? Or did it just cut off randomly...and when did it mess up? While you were in game? or after you turned on your computer? |

Sometimes, If dust, are any other items, get stuck in the speakers, it can potentially harm the computers speakers, stopping them from working!
But may I ask, How old is your computer? |

| Well, It seems like just a technical error, You may have to give it to someone so they can fix it, or buy a completely new computer... Unless...go to youtube and see if songs work on it. if you cant hear the songs, your computer speakers are broken. |

| Well, you may have to send it to one of your local shops for computers, I phones, and all the such, they could probably fix it for a low price! |

Possible Issues: -Dust or something blocking the speakers -Speakers are broken -Speakers are modified in Mixer or computer
Possible Solutions: -Check Device Manager and check out your speakers from there, if you don't see a available speaker, that may be your exact problem, otherwise see if it can be fixed. -Clean out speakers, there are certain tools made for this occasion. -Hire someone to help you, or get someone with technical knowledge to help you with the issue.
To-Do: -Make sure ROBLOX's volume ingame via menu is not on zero and that ROBLOX on the Audio Mixer window is not on zero percent volume -Check for issues with the speakers |

The only issue I see is that your speaker channels arent working properly. If you hear some noises but not others, if you here on one side of the speaker but not other. If you hear muffled noises instead of clear noise. Then here are issues and their solutions.
For a headphone to work properly it need inputs from both channels for both side of speakers. You have a 3.5 jack which has 3 shiny gold strip at the end. Two positive 1 ground. Either the headphone isnt able to be plugged properly or where ot is inserted in the computer, that output has misplaced pins or is broken.
You can try using different headphones or try other audio out in your pc if you have one. |
