These past months have been awesome within VAC, I have made a lot of good friends within VAC, had fun times at events, and learnet from you all.
I have no doubt I would be able to pass VAC, but honestly it just feels redundant to me and I am looking for something new.
VAC/VAK has an amazing community despite what people say and I love it, but sadly these 5 months have just grown repetitive, I dont have any real motivation within VAC/VAK any longer mainly due to the fact I am just a VAC, I honestly dont even have the motivation to get into VAK right now and just need to find something new.
So I just want to thank you all for your time, and hopefully I will be back in the future.
See you all around. |

| Welcome to the clan world; I'm afraid to say it's likely only downhill from here. Maybe we'll get to have you back when it feels "new" to you again! |

@choman
It was because I lacked combat until recently. |

Cho, I've been in longer heh. People just go at their own speed. Farewell, Exalt. Hope to see you around the Clan world in the future, and good luck on what you go toward.

| Choman, why does it matter if you are in VAC for five months? What great difference is there between being a ####### and being a Corpsman? You do, more or less, the exact same things. |

Just seems like too long of a time to prove yourself ' worthy ' imo

| 5 months was the average in the 2010-2012 era of VAC. |

Well, pass that with school/college, and other real life things. Not very long in my eyes. We all don't focus on this game as much as most people think.

Thanks for your time here, Exalted.
Also...is that Xaela? You know, the ex-RG who should have done that instrumental duet with me... |

| Yes join the endless chain of VACs sitting in the corps longer than the Generals taking ####### photos for free promotions for female vacs. I lacked motivation as a vac lol, I wasn't going to be a tryhard to get past combat stages |

@Internal, it's not that difficult to get past the combat stages.

Veorux is correct, I spent 6 months in VAC in 2011 to get in. I rejoined in 2016 and took about 1/2 the time or less.
I keep it fun by continuing to challenge myself. In VAC I worked hard to be the best, and I enjoyed the challenge.
Once I got in VAK I found that I didn't have to work as hard to prove myself. That was boring, so I keep challenging myself to get better.

The way I see it, the longer to take the more you learn. The slower you advance the more detail you gain. Sure, people do the exact same thing a bit quicker. But it dosen't really matter in the long run.

@Xienthius Correct, although I would say the most important part is to enjoy the journey. If all you care about is making it to the top, your going to burn out along the way.

@Laedere I never had time since I got Assistant Manager at work, plus senior year priorities.
Plus I'm not the rhetorically best at combat, but VAC wasn't convenient on my schedule, could never attend anything.
Glad I got exiled. |
