If you want to remove ALL of the lines between ALL parts. Do what he said ^
OR
If you want to remove the lines between only some parts: 1) Select the parts 2) Open the "Properties" window 3) Scroll down to the subcategory "Surface" 4) Change all of the sides you want to have no lines to "SmoothNoOutlines"

| Unions can't have outlines but that's a very unefficient way to get rid of outlins when you can set a normal part's surface to SmoothNoOutline |

| Now if you really want to have all the parts NoOutLine and all the same material union is a good idea. I find it makes piece of the same Material look really clean and well done. |
