Alright so my billing tab says "Renewal date Automatically renew on 3/19/2017."
When I hit cancel, it says "Your Builders Club membership cannot be canceled at this time as it is currently in the process of renewal with our payment processor, which briefly disallows changes to the membership during this time. Once the renewal process is complete, the membership can be canceled and you will still receive the full amount of time paid for. For further information, please contact Customer Service. Please note, Customer Service is unable to cancel a membership until the renewal process is complete."
...Why is my bc in the process of being renewed if it's the 18th? It's supposed to renew tomorrow. Not today.
