I am, and I can explain why.
[Don't keep reading if you don't know alot about lucid dreaming/sleep paralysis] [oh and dont google that]
So I've had sleep para once in my lifetime and it is so scary, recently this weak I've been terrified of going to sleep and having a chance of getting it again. The time I got it I didn't even get any shadow figures or anything I just had all the other problems and it terrifies me to have to relive that with a chance of spooky things happening plus that.
You are forced into a state of weakness and it's not easy to escape.

| I've read something about sleep paralysis and lucid dreaming ages ago. I was also afraid to sleep. Sometimes at night I hear screaming like or laughing sounds even if everyone is sleeping. Sleep paralysis happens on average once a lifetime. It can also not happen or happen #### times. |

| Its because of all the emo crap you do. Take a break from it and you can go back to sleeping with no fear again! |
