I eat banana for pottasium and for faster finger reflex in the morning I drink 2 cans of tuna milk for vision power, with a side of carrot I run 3 miles every other day for body control and heart rate optimazation I deadlift on tuesday and thursdays I do agility on friday/monday I then record my heart rate lvls and finger reflex speed every sunday and adjust according to skill I do 6+ hours of RCL training everyday on weekdays, and 12+ hours on weekends
I am an elite RCL athlete, I train like one and act line.
Currently in talks with Gatorade for some sponsors
