| I was feeling a little sickly in my stomach earlier, just some form of painless discomfort. It faded away now, didn't anything that different today. |

1) Sit on the toilet. Maybe something will come out :D. 2) Lie down so there is less pressure on your tummy. 3) Avoid moving.

don't over eat, when you think you're full, stop eating for a period of time |
