Soap already kills 99.9% of bacteria and the 0.1% is good for you
I just think water is a bit overkill |

| Well, not ALL the time, just if you for example get home from school, you wash your hands. There's a lot of bad bacteria at school. |

what point are you trying to get across?? if you're saying that water shouldn't be used with soap then soap doesnt exactly work the way it's supposed to without water (lathering) you cant just put some soap on your hands and expect it to scrub all the bacteria off on its own also soap needs to be rinsed off or else it will get in your eyes and mouth which is not a pleasant experience |

it doesnt kill the bacteria in the immune system. just on your hands so you dont spread all the bad germs on them.
