Two 4 hour rests on the weekend and a 5 hour one last night aren't good
My main issues being: -Once I wake up, I CANNOT go back to sleep unless it's the middle of the night -It takes forever for me to get to sleep

| I reccomend this: 1) Be a geek and lay down ## #### #### find some videos on your computer, put them in a playlist and enjoy, also turn off lights. Also, if you pay attention to your health, I reccomend getting filters, not physical filters, but actually a program that tints your computer screen to not get your eyes some glasses. 2) Don't want computers and TVs? Play some games, imagine if you are in a desert, apocalypse,... 3) Dream something, by thinking about it. 4) You can use #### ###### or computer for this, put a sound you like and its calming to you, such as rain, thunder,.. |

| Seriously. Take some melatonin. I had sleep issues for a long time and this really really helped. You can take it in liquid or chewable form, or you can rub melatonin lotion on the bottom of your feet. |
