| Hello Forum, I submitted for the first time a request to exchange robux for cash. "Your DevEx request was submitted on 1/21/2017. Its status is Pending." After 11 days it is still showing pending. Is this normal? I also sent an e-mail to ################ 5 days ago and I haven't gotten a response yet. Any suggestions on what my next course of action should be? Thanks |

If you have been banned before you can't devex. If it takes too long the you have to email roblox supprort.

| Thanks Creepery12, That is helpful to know. I was ban once but it was a mistake. Once I emailed them they lifted the ban. This could explain why its taking so long. Should I ##### DevEx at roblox ### ### or one of the others? |

| Whilst I can see that the ##### you've used has been censored, did you use the one specifically for DevEx? |

| Yes, I used the Devex one. I also just sent one to the info at roblox giving them the collected info from all the messages. I assumed it would be a fairly quick (several days) process. 4-5 days after submitting the first one I had enough robux to submit another one but can not until it processes. |

| What do you mean by sending them proof? I assume they would have the same access to all the same information about my account that I do. |

| Im still at a loss as to why I'm pending. I submitted it on 1/21/17 I've e-mailed the devex support 8 days ago and a follow up e-mail 3 days ago. I have also e-mailed info 3 days ago and called the roblox number and left a voicemail with my info. Has anyone else experienced it taking this long? |

| If you read the rules closely it takes them 2-4 weeks to review an application. |

| Thanks for the response. I did not find where it gave any date to expected approval. Only information I found was through googling I saw previous post where they said it could be several days to a week. |

I have sent my application 01/30/2017 and it is still pending to this day.
Have you received news about your application or it's still pending? I'm curious to know. |

Please read the Dev-Ex Terms of Service. In there, it will explain the entire process, and what is or isn't acceptable for cash out.
Here is section 3A through 3F of the terms:
Eligibility Requirements to Cash Out. Based on your account information, on the requirements below, and on applicable laws, we will make a determination in our sole discretion of whether you are eligible to Cash Out. Please note that (a) the maximum value for Cash Outs cannot exceed US$50,000 per month and (b) you are not allowed to initiate a Cash Out more than once a calendar month. Please also note that eligibility to Cash Out is reviewed after you submit the request to Cash Out, described in Section 2 above. Do not contact us asking if you are eligible or for your account to be pre-reviewed for eligibility. Eligibility can only be assessed once a Cash Out request is submitted. The eligibility requirements are as follows: Member of the Outrageous Builders Club; Minimum of 100,000 earned ROBUX in your account. In order to protect against money laundering and comply with applicable law, we limit all Cash Outs to “earned” ROBUX. ROBUX are considered “earned” if you receive them by selling through the Services (a) virtual items (such as clothing for an avatar) that you created or (b) virtual things that are bought in or for your game or experience. This means that ROBUX acquired in other ways (e.g., receiving ROBUX as part of a membership plan or referral bonus, a purchase of ROBUX or gift card, or trading/selling virtual goods that you did not create) are not considered “earned”. We will determine how much you are eligible to Cash Out by totaling the amount of ROBUX earned (over the lifetime of the account) and subtracting the amounts previously paid out to you through DevEx; Have a verified ##### address; Valid DevEx portal account; 13 years of age or older; and Community member in good standing and at all times during your use of the Services strictly complied with the General Terms (including the Rules of Conduct and the Ongoing Service Requirements for Developers, set out in item 4 below). In our sole discretion, we may choose to waive any of your minor moderation infractions. But, by way of example, the following will make you ineligible for a Cash Out: scamming, phishing, false advertising, attempting to exchange ROBUX for real currency other than through DevEx, any illegal or unethical activities. |

| So long as you have earned (By selling in game products, making commissions, or selling clothing that you made) up to 100,000 ROBUX, and so long as over the life of your account, you have earned enough to cash out again, that is at least another 100,000 since you say this is your second use, then give it time. Also, remember that only one cash out request can be made per month, and that no more than $50,000 can be made at one time in one month. If you haven't gotten feedback, or okay'd then perhaps you haven't met the minimum total ROBUX earned (Again, only from commissions, sales of game passes, developer products, and clothing you personally made and sold) to do a cash out. |

2nd one took much less time. About 12 days. I'm posting this info for those who find this page while searching for answers as I was.
Also its a calendar months not 30 days since your last submission. I submitted the 2nd on the 28th and the 3rd on the 11th of the next month. Not saying anyone said it wasn't just giving more information to those who find this post looking for answers. |

I am having an issue where I haven't received my exchange since being submitted on 5/3/17. This isn't my first time either. I also can submit again while my status is pending. Messaged devex 6 days ago and havent heard a response.
Has anyone else had issues with May exchange? |

It takes a while for your DevEx to be accepted, there are similar developers like you, sometime you get your money in few weeks to months, depends on how they process it.
