I just walked back from Whole Foods and grabbed stuff for the week. I wanna see if I'd feel any better if I went vegan. Here's what I'll be having every day for the next week:
Breakfast:
A green smoothie (flax meal, 2 strawberries, kale, parsley, vanilla soy yoghurt)
Lunch:
Carrots and celery with some hummus to dip in, a little bag of almonds, and an apple fruit bar
Dinner:
Seasoned cannelloni beans with olive oil and parsley with a baked potato or cooked kale
WISH ME LUCK OT |

| I have these things anyway, but I've heard so many great things about how beneficial it can be to lessen the amount of meat and fish you have. If I like this diet, then I'll stick with it - but occasionally I will have some meat or fish. I am not that absurd. |

| That green smooth actually sounded good until you mentioned soy. |

@Vengence;
My body feels pretty good so far, but just a little hungry because I am used to eating things which are much heavier than whole fruits, veggies, nuts, and beans and grains. |

| I've never had soy yoghurt, so I will see how it is. Honestly I have a feeling that it will taste like gasoline infused clay, however it will blend into the smoothie and hopefully the taste will be hidden. |

| Your vegan diet is highly unusual. |

| Thanks Marsh! Also Crazy, McDonalds beef tastes like rubber. Only fast food that I really ever can enjoy is Wendy's. They have the best chicken sandwiches. And btw guys, I would keep up with the diet, but I dont wanna lose too much weight. I am only 122lbs and 5'8 (16). I also dont wanna affect my height growth |

| I know it isn't common, most vegans seem to have gross things like tofu with noodles and such. I could never digest that |

| And yeah, good thing. My metabolism is good, but I am scared that I'd lose too much weight. I eat a lot and instead of gaining I've been losing in the last year. Probably because I've grown at a really fast rate, being that last year I was only 4'11 in January. |

| I'm prepared if it does happen, even though it won't. I've had this type of food many times, but I've never actually gone a full 8 hours without consuming meat, fish, or any type of dairy item. |

"I know it isn't common, most vegans seem to have gross things like tofu with noodles and such. I could never digest that" I don't find tofu gross... But its your smoothie. I find potato good, but I find it unusual, not gross, unusual to put it in a smoothie. |
