Hello aging mortals. I am here to announce that through an executive order signed by the O5 Head, each division will be tasked to holding their own elections for representatives to the Administrative Assembly.
What is the Administrative Assembly, you may ask? Well the Administrative Assembly is a form of council made up of representatives from each division. There are 10 divisions (excluding The Administrative Department) meaning there are 11 seats available. 10 for each divisional representative and 1 for the President of the Assembly.
What does the Administrative Assembly do, you wonder? The Assembly has the right to propose any law that could benefit the entirety of the Foundation. It's like a smaller O5 Council but instead of a council voting in their own members, each division votes in one member to represent them on the Assembly.
How do you become apart of the Assembly? Well, as I said two times already, you need your division to vote you into office. If you want to be the Science Representative then you need the director of the Scientific Department to host elections and if you win the majority votes, you get a seat on the Assembly!
You might wonder what are the qualifications for Assembly. Simple. Don't be a director and win you division's Assembly Representative elections.
"I'm a director, how come I can't just join the Assembly? I'm more qualified since I know what my division needs the most." No, you are not qualified to be on the Assembly as a director because you may not see what the division needs from a low ranking perspective (for the record, you can be a low rank and be on the Assembly).
"I'm a director and I can't be apart of the Assembly? What can I be apart of?" I'm glad you asked that, Jerry. If you are a Director then you may qualify for a better form of health insurance than your lower ranking peers. Oh, you also have a seat on the Board of Directors.
"Board of Directors?" A bad pun, I know. The Board of Directors is another mini council composed of all the division's directors. There they may voice the concerns they have and if they have a motion they want to bring up, they can propose it to the Assembly or the O5 Council itself.
Okay, so here is what you need to do. If you are a director and not on the Board then please message the President of the Administrative Department to accept you.
If you want to be a representative on the Assembly then please message your director to host elections within your division.
^TL;DR
If you have any questions then please keep them to yourself. Thank you!
