3AM here, and at 1AM I decided to head to my balcony and scale onto the roof, set down a thick blanket on the ground and another one over me with a pillow under my head. Felt the amazing breeze pass by me.
(the roof is flat btw and it's an easy climb off my balcony)

Roof tops at hours when the world is quiet are the best times for introspection

Especially since I live above a 24 hour bar, so I hear the calming folk music they play while up there.

Now balancing college, work, and literature, it's a new way to relieve stress. Makes me think of the time period i'm writing about and its sheer beauty.

| I would love doing that but where I live I'd get trapped up on my roof by a bear or coyotes or something. I only go outside at night to take my dog out and even then I have a .357 with me. I don't play in bear country at night. Nope screw that. |

Inspirations like that are always fantastic motivators. But I feel you on that. I only work full time really but keeping up with rent and payments is stressful and so is my work. So I always need to de-stress.

Yeah, not to mention I only paid off my back-tax debt a few days ago. I've always had troubles everyday in life, and that won't change, which is another reason why I plan on becoming an english teacher. Holiday breaks off, summer off, not to mention you get paid during those breaks.

Teaching is pretty cool because of those reasons and I actually had that conversation with someone recently about that. My savior was the tax returns this year so I was thankful I ended up doing well there.

Although I recently moved back into Germany, I consider moving back out this time, only to America. I've seen so many foreign countries (to me at least), America just seems like a last stop for me. I found good listings on the French Quarter of New Orleans in Louisiana.

| I love the French Quarter there. New Orleans is actually such a cool place if you can vibe with its energy and keep up with it. ####### Street is a constant party and I had so much fun there. Plus it's super chill and the vibes are real. |

@Tylers
If you ever get the chance come see Alaska. It's absolutely breath taking. |

Especially after writing about the rich heritage of America spanning from its independent kickoff to its views of religion in the 1910's, it makes me want to live in a country where people can still come together, even if that only occurs in smaller states.
Only 12 pages in my novel, I've realized the hidden beauty of America and its patriotic vibes.

Try a small south town. Values there differ from any large city. Everyone knows each other.

| I personally enjoy being on the roof at night aswell. I live in California so the breeze is a bit warmer. |
