For those who are unsure of what their rank does or even is, a description of each rank will be given so that you'll have a better understanding of what your job does.

Awaiting Rank This rank doesn't really mean anything. It's here so that in the event when Bakiez is botted, it is easier to eradicate all the bots that have joined. It also lies as a short background check so we can check those who try and join the group. You shouldn't be this rank for more than 2 hours.
Premium Customer When you're a premium customer, you're just a customer! You come to the Bakery almost ever day and just have fun, chat with friends and EAT! Most people with this rank wait to attend interviews or are awaiting their application response so they can start their training as a Trainee Pastry Chef; beginning their career at Bakiez!
Trainee Pastry Chef Trainee Pastry Chef(s) is the first staff rank. If you're this rank, it means that your training here at Bakiez, to become a Pastry Chef, has just begun. You're pretty much learning how to bake and serve customers!
Junior Pastry Chef Junior Pastry Chef(s) are the cool kids. They know how to bake almost everything, make all the drinks, and they're exceptional in serving customers. This rank is obtained by attending a Training hosted by a Manager+ and passing it.
Senior Pastry Chef Senior Pastry Chef(s) already know everything. They've been working at Bakiez for some time now and they already know how things go. They already have all the recipes memorized for all the Baked goods, drinks, and are ready to move on to the next rank. Advancing to the next rank is easy, just attend trainings!
Professional Pastry Chef These are the elites. Nobody bosses them around or tells them what to do. They're already good at what they do and can make almost anything even with their eyes closed. They like to stand out in front of HRs so they get noticed. Their main goal is to become an Assistant Manager. How to become an Assistant Bakery Manager is found in the Handbook.

Assistant Bakery Manager Assistant Managers supervise the daily activities of managers. They can pretty much be called "Managers-in-Training." They supervise and assist training's, interviews; basically learn how to be a good Manager that when the time comes, they too, can become a Manager one day as well. They're 100% active and are motivated to stand out so they can achieve the next rank.
Manager Managers assist the General Managers in their daily tasks as well as run the Bakery in the absence of the General Manager. They are to motivate and supervise staff and ensure staff policies, procedures and values are being followed. They host training, interviews and can accept applications.
General Manager General Managers are in charge of the removal of Managers or Assistant Managers, managing the Bakery daily operations and is most cases, even some of Bakiez daily activities. They are to ensure all operations are up to standards and have the ability to interact with guests and ensure they are satisfied with their service. They also oversee all Managers and Assistant Managers on duty. General Managers make sure that the Assistant Managers and Managers are well trained and follow the guides and morals of Bakiez. When a General Manager becomes well at his job, a team leader then invites him or her to join the Supervising or Managing Team.
Supervising Team Supervising team members oversee the daily operations of Bakiez. They're in charge of ensuring that Bakiez is shown professionalism at all times. If you fail to be professional or if they feel like a Staff Member is setting a non-example and aren't following the handbook, they will see to your removal.
Managing Team Managing Team members almost have the same role as the Supervising Team. Instead of overseeing the daily operations of Bakiez, they oversee the daily works of Staff Members. They supervise ranks lower than them and ensure that they're doing their jobs. If you fail to be professional or if they feel like a Staff Member is setting a non-example and aren't following the handbook, they will see to your removal.
Team Leader Team Leaders oversee the Managing Team and Supervising team. They also oversee their hiring and removal. Team leaders have the right to remove any Team member if he/she feels that they're unfit for the job. Team Leaders know how things go here at Bakiez and know how Professionalism is very important, They can and will remove anyone who disrupts that.
Chief-Level Positions Chief level positions are in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of Bakiez. They ensure that incoming Assistant Managers are well equipped for their long journey ahead of them, ranking up. They are they people who hire Assistant Managers.
