I'm having the error above appear when I try to play a game, and I don't want to disable my firewall / antivirus. Anybody well-versed on solutions?

Try reinstalling it
if that doesnt work try disabling your antivirus, that might be the problem

Same message reappears when I attempt to uninstall, and I don't want to disable my firewall or antivirus. That runs even more risk if a virus is the culprit

Just try restarting your computer.
If that doesn't work try uninstall and reinstall.
If that doesn't work I don't know. |

So here's the deal.. I'm using a firewall which, when turned off, allows ROBLOX to function properly. However, I can't find out how to unblock the program. Anybody else use webroot secureanywhere?

| Sounds to me like you just have a crappy firewall. |

Has never given me issues, and it's paid. It won't let me add the ROBLOX Player file to a list and allow it... I don't understand.

At this point, I've allowed it... and yet I still have to disable firewall. Computers are peculiar things..

ROBLOX player probably has to load a separate "file" for each place (or at least that's how the firewall probably looks at it) so by just allowing the player it still blocks each individual "file" for places
Idk, just a guess |
