| Yeah I guess it can depend on the major but mine will be along the lines of marketing which is extremely common |

| actually i guess michigan doesn't offer a ########## in architecture so it's really 1. cornell 2. texas 3. virginia tech (???) 4. rice 5. iowa state |

Probably, but the two often go hand in hand. In my case, going to Berkeley would give me much better internship opportunities and connections than say, Santa Cruz. Going to be a better school opens you to better internships, and you're around smarter people, thus enhancing the quality of your connections.
But if you're not going to like a top school, it might not matter too much? In my case again, there's a couple tiers

| In new England there's not a great difference in grades between top public schools and most ####### schools. I mean the college I'm really looking at is Worcester state, which is regionally accredited and is in the city with a lot of businesses around it. Plus I can commute there so it would be great value. |
