Written for and by the Scientific Division. “We secure, we contain, we protect.” -The Administrator
Due to the recent manifestations of inactivity by the Scientific Division, a ‘Point System’ has been implemented and will be put in effect by the directorate of the Scientific Division. The following paragraphs will clearly delineate and explain the requirements and fulfilments of the ‘Point System’.
The point system: Based on your performance in your work and your activity, you may be qualified to earn some ‘points’. The point system goes as followed:
-Hosting and finishing a test will result in two points. A good test with a good hypothesis and testing reason will result in 3. A great test with a beneficial testing reason to the Foundation and good instructions will result in 4 points. To ensure your test is valid for points, you MUST send in the test report. Doing a test with no report may result in only one, or zero points.
-Attending a training or meeting and staying for the whole duration will automatically result in 1 point. Based off of your performance of the training or meeting, you may be qualified to earn anywhere from 1-4 points. The maximum you can get for an event is 5.
-Having overall good behavior while on-site and on the Scientific Division team may result in one point and no more. A point for this is valid daily. You can’t get more than one point for this per day.
-Hosting bad tests or being rude or immature, or doing any unethical actions is grounds for termination of some points. The amount of points that will be removed varies on the action and how bad.
-The points will be anonymously recorded by the directorate and kept aside. You MUST have a minimum of 35 points each month. If you have excess points, or more than 35, the excess points will count towards next month’s point rally (Example: If you have 50 points, 15 will count for the next month. You only have to earn 20 more points for the next month.) If you fail to reach this goal, you may face a demotion or termination from the Scientific Division, regardless of rank.
EVERYBODY (Including Head Researchers) are required to be engaged in the point system.
If there is a rare occurrence in which you are to be inactive or absent, you are to message an Assistant Director or higher on your issue and the amount of days you will be absent for. Based off of the issue and period of absence, you will be required to earn less points which varies. (Example: If you are gone for a week, you will only be required to send in about 27 points.)
Good luck!
