You forget about draping, you make a vertical incision from the clavicle line down to the end of the sternum, you cauterize and cut till the bone is visible
A) get the sternum saw and open the chest up
B) continue cutting
C) look at the other surgeon (C is for help, (or you don't know) |

You get the sternum saw, you position it just below the clavicles. You begin cutting down at least an inch above the end of the sternum.
A) get the sternum retractor
B) choice (do whatever you want) (example: get the sternum saw and cut)
C: look at surgeon |

A) stop the heart
B) disconnect the heart
C:look at the other surgeon |
