Working with machines at the gym. What should I start with? I think the best order of operations is this:
1. My arms (because they're incredibly skinny rn) 2. My legs (because I'm going to do track this season) 3. My abs (because summer's coming around soon |

| It depends, abs aren't as important as your arms and legs obviously but your entire body needs to be built up. Focus on muscles you use on a regular basis first, so legs will be a priority as you mentioned Abs don't just look good, they're part of good core strength which is a good thing to have Arms aren't important at all for track but you don't want to be disproportionate and scrawny obviously. If you want some tips or somebody to talk to in-depth about this kind of stuff feel free to hmu in ######## can tell you anything you need to know |

| I love how one word being censored for no reason ruins the format |

| Alright, just friend me and I'll message you with questions. Do you have any social media? It'll be easier to get a hold of you there instead of here |

By the way idk what gyms you have near you but for the most part avoid Fitness. Pretty much a helpless pit of despair
Anytime Fitness has always been solid in my experience. Great equipment and facilities |
