We’re working on this problem right now and apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to post an update that fixes it early next week. Until then, here are a couple things you can try: 1. Try restarting your computer, then come back to ROBLOX and try to Play. 2. If you are running Internet Explorer go to Help->About Internet Explorer and make sure it does *not* say 64 bit. If it does switch to the 32 bit version. 3. In Internet Explorer go to Tools -> Manage Add Ons and make sure ROBLOX Corporation is on the list. Let us know if it is not on the list. 4. Reinstall ROBLOX using these steps: a. Go to http://setup.roblox.com/Roblox.exe. b. A dialog will appear to save or run the installer. Save it to a convenient location like: “C:\installers\” c. Once the download is complete, open a CMD window (i.e. Run cmd). d. Execute the following command at the command prompt: >C:\installers\Roblox.exe –force |

| Another is Deleting all your browser history, cache, and cookies and then re-opening your browser. |

| Reese, does that force the installer to install all files? Even if they are already present it will still put the ones that are not there into the correct places? Will it over-wright folders that are already there? |

| MrNicNac I am not sure. It won't overwrite your games that you built. It will just change the files needed to run ROBLOX. |

So you are saying that (if I get this right) will force an installation? Even if common files are already found?
Also, is there an uninstaller for roblox that actually removes everything that roblox had installed with the official installer? |

| I find that clicking on a server (not the big green play button) works. |

| I find that letting the Web page load all the way, then giving it 10 seconds more for good measure, works like a charm, but if it does open the save/run window, just cancel it and refresh the page, then wait again for longer. |

| Please fix this soon. It's been happening to me all week. Playing games and installing is really messed up. |

I tried everything Resee showed, and nothing worked. I am not falling for the dumb "clear all your cookies, caches, etc." trick. I even tried to click a server button, but I have Internet Explorer 6, so it won't show the servers. I tried to get my mom to let me download IE8, but she doesn't want anything happening to the computer. -_- Can someone help me out here? >_< |

You said to let you know if the Roblox add-on isn't in the list. I see it in the "All Add-Ons" list, but not in the "Currently Loaded Add-Ons" list. Not sure if that makes any difference.
Clearing temporary internet files, cookies, rebooting, restarting the browser, forcing the reinstall of roblox.exe have not fixed the problem for me. |

| Never mind, command prompt worked. And I believe force installing worked but it still won't play roblox. Perhaps because of the add-on problem. Please I request help moderator. |
