Smh I can name 12 people that use v3rm- all with footage with in-game proof
Of course I reported them, but they still are active. Start banning kids that use v3rm!
How will we? Have the robl0security cookie also be multiuse! It tracks ur browsing ONLY to make sure u arnt on v3rm.
When it detects you are on v3rm, it keeps your IP that you were using (since v3rm has a VPN/proxy block it will get the REAL user's IP) and poison bans you.
Imagine the amount of exploiting that will drop!

| Cookies cannot track sites visited unless the target site contains code that modifies the cookie in some way. Even then, people can disable third-party cookie modification. So, not really possible. If Roblox were also to embed a connection tracker into the client, that'd cause quite a TON of privacy issues. |

How will roblox loose trust by banning script children
If it's about the cookie, it ONLY checks to make sure ur not on v3rm. That's it.
The Fox News website does something similar, but they don't allow poll votes from Reddit users. That, for example.

You try to make yourself sound smart, but you fail and make yourself look like a dumb kid who used Google Translate. I couldn't even tell what you were saying. Don't call people twelve-year-olds when you clearly are one.

Look at all those guys above trying to protect the script kiddies. It's like they support them or something.
Total support. Why doesn't the client come with some kind of cheat detection/prevention? nProtect GameGuard would suit the role perfectly. |

You know what I don't support? Idiots like you. How can you support such a poorly written thread? I don't support script kiddies. In fact, I despise them. But that ignorance makes me want to just die. Get out of S&I or stop being so ignorant. Just because I couldn't read his poorly written crappost doesn't mean I support dumb kids, especially ones like you.

"If you are sharing a computer with someone else and one person gets banned the other persons would be banned." If you share a computer with a person who uses cheat programs on active online games then you deserve to be IP banned; you're breaking the TaCs by using these programs. |

@complete
Then it's obvious: DONT SHARE A COMPUTER WITH SOMEONE WHO USES CHEAT PROGRAMS.
If you do share a computer with someone who uses cheat programs on online games, then you deserve that ban for not doing anything about it.

@idiots
As has been stated before, there is no way to do such things via browser/cookie-tracking and the alternative(a bundled program or connection tracker) is in violation of many privacy agreements.
This isn't going to happen, regardless of how much support is given.
This also falls under WNTS(fix ALL the exploits! :D).

Because not everyone who visits v3rm are going to actually exploit. Some innocent people will be poison banned

I partially agree with the basis but you lost me
Reasons; It would cause ROBLOX to lose multiple privacy partnerships, shattering some of the ratings, and thus reducing the populous of the site.
Problems; Like I (and various other people) stated earlier, there's a risk of ROBLOX losing all, if not most of their privacy partnerships, thus ruining ROBLOX as a gaming site. And some say it violates their own terms of service and the thread violates WNTS. (What Not To Suggest)
Solution(s) and/or Suggestion(s); ROBLOX shouldn't track your browsing history and ban you for going on v3rm, but better protect servers from the exploiters/hackers. ROBLOX should add scripts which disable/nullify external scripts. (Non-ROBLOX based scripts) or find other privacy-friendly solutions to deal with the exploiters/hackers, and or other people using v3rm on ROBLOX.com
My final verdict/opinion; I disagree with ROBLOX snooping through your computer history like an overprotective father looking through their teenage daughter's history to see "who she's been chatting with". It would cause (CENSORED Due to repetitiveness). I hate exploiters too, but invading peoples' privacy over some script kiddies kind of doesn't make us feel any more safe. But I see your intentions are trying to be helpful. |

The NSA already does a good enough job of tracking people xD. And not all users that just go to the V3rmillion site are bad, some people from ATR went there to see what they were up to and report them. I guess I could sort of support it a little if you meant people going into the sellers section of the site, but it still seems a little hit or miss to me.

@heg
"some uses from ATR go there to report them"
"not all of them are bad"
>implying that the ATR users are the only good users there
>admits it
>much more effective to ban all of v3rm all together

@man Also, people would quit ROBLOX in droves if they learned ROBLOX tracked browsing history, it's not just weird, it's against the first amendment.
