Section One. House Leadership. (a) A President of the Senate and President of the House of Representatives positions shall be created. (i) Each President shall be elected every two months with a majority vote from their house.
Section Two. Duties and Functions (a) A President shall be responsible for presiding sessions, general debates, and the text for newly presented Congressional bills passed by members of Congress. (i) A President shall not be able to partake in any debate held in the chamber. (ii) The President of the Senate or House shall not be able to vote unless a bill results in a tie, then that person shall have the deciding vote.
