Conclusion __ ###Section 1: Ranks
Outsider: A member who ### not yet joined one of the ###i################ Empire.
Criminal (of the Empire): Anyone who has broken the laws of the Roman Empire.
Roman Citizen: A member who is a citizen of one of the nations in the Roman Empire.
(Roman) Soldier: A soldier in one of the legions of Rome. Also includes those in the armies of other nations in the Roman Empire.
High Class Citizen: Any citizen who is more powerful than a regular citizen. Example: Patrician.
Government Officials: A citizen who is in power, but does NOT rule a nation. Example: A senator.
Developer(s): Those who build, script, or develop in any way for any of the nations in the Roman Empire.
Rulers of Nations: The rulers of nations in the Roman Empire.
Emperor of the Roman Empire: This rank belongs ONLY to the Roman Emperor. Ruler of ALL the nations in the Roman Empire. There is no way to obtain this rank. __ Section 2: Roman Law
1. Obey the Emperor's every command.
2. Obey ALL the laws of Rome.
3. If you are Roman Soldier or below, do not approach the Emperor without permission. This goes for Plebeian and below in the Senate and People of Rome. 4. Mass random killing of fellow Romans or any Citizen of ### Roman Empire will result in, (depending on ### level of severity) execution, demotion to Criminal, possible expulsion from whatever legion you are in, or the ###ate if you are in it, and POSSIBLE, though very unlikely, exile.
5. Grammar, maturity, and AT LEAST near-accurate spelling is required.
6. Faces ARE allowed in some cases, but not most. None are allowed in the legions, Senate meetings, and most other form of meetings. If you are with a friend or two and are just playing/talking with them, they are tolerated. You will only get punished for using faces if you are over-using them, or have been strictly told not to yet continue to do so.
7. Anyone with the rank of "Criminal" may be killed without notice or reason.
8. Flamming is not allowed in ANY circumstance on Roman Territory. It is also highly discouraged in any raids there may be on enemy territory.
9. Citizens are not allowed to attack Roman Soldiers for any reason, such as revenge. If a soldier has commited a crime or has betrayed Rome, you may attack if he has been ranked to Criminal. Otherwise, leave such matters to loyal soldiers of the Roman Empire. _ Section 3: Senate Regulations
1. Anyone who is Patrician or below in the Senate and People of Rome is forbidden from entering the Senate Court. They may watch, but they may not participate or enter the Senate Court.
2. Only one topic is allowed in the court at a time.
3. When creating a new law, a vote is require If it is a ti the S###te will decide whether to continue on the t###c#####have another vote afterwards, or save the t###c##################te meeting.
4. If the Emperor so desi########may allow Praetorian Guards come guard him or the entrance to the Senate Court during a meeting.
5. If the Senate wishes to hold a vote regarding going to war with another group, the Emperor must be present for the vote. If he is not present, the Senate must save the vote for a meeting the Emperor may be present at.
6. If any Roman permitted to participate in the Senate breaks ANY of Rome's laws, or Senate Regulations, will be temporarily demoted until the Senate votes on how to punish him.
7. If anyone suggests a law or idea in the Senate that would be harmful to Rome and her people, he shall be temporarily excluded from Senate meetings until the Senate deems what course of action regarding the person or his idea to take. 8. Correct grammar and maturity is required AT ALL TIMES in the ###ate. This includes no faces, and no terms like "lol" or similar ones. The ###ate is a place for maturity, not to be a place to hangout and laugh.
9. Each member of the Senate must give a reasonable explanation for their law as to prevent pointless laws from being made.
10. Should any member of the Senate betray the Roman Empire in any way, they shall be exiled from Rome. Depending on the severity of betrayal, the traitor may be given a trial._ Section 4: Military Regulations
1. Abandoning your legion shall result in demotion to Criminal. You may only leave a legion without punishment by gaining permission from the ###e########t## ###ion's leader. 2. Soldiers are not permitted to attack citizens of the ##### Empire unless they have broken a law of Rome, or have attacked the #####er.
3. Soldiers are to refer to their superiors by rank, not name.
4. Soldiers may not communicate with citizens unless given permission, if they must tell a citizen to cease a certain activity, or if the soldier/citizen requires assistance. 5. Soldiers must obey th###ommands of all their superiors, unless it strictly goes against th###aws of Rome or is treasonous. 6. S####e########ot to attack fellow soldiers unless it is a duel, practice raid, or if the #####er has broken the #####nd/or has become a criminal.
7. Soldiers are forbidden to hide or avoid participating in defending whatever city they are at. Soldiers are meant to fight, if you don't want to fight, don't join a legion. _ Section 5: Praetorian Guard
1. The Praetorian Guard is either hand picked by the Emperor, or is chosen at tryouts. Only the best and most mature candidates are selected to become Praetorian Guards.
2. Praetorian Guards are not to speak unless spoken to by whomever they are guarding. They may only talk freely when off-duty or when given permission to by the person they guard.
3. The Praetorian Guards guard those who are most important on the server. If the Emperor joins the server, all Praetorian Guards are to guard him unless given permission by the Emperor to guard whomever they were previously. 4. The ###etorian Guard requires absolute loyalty. To be one and to abandon the ###etorian Guard will result in exile.
5. If allowed to speak, correct grammar and spelling is REQUIRED.
### Only ### Emperor may dismiss you from ### Praetorian Guard.
