UNITED STATES FEDERAL COURT
Verdict for: United States vs. LordMop
Whilst this case may seem simple from a glance, delving in further shows that this case is rather difficult. Taking into the account the precedent set by US vs. zA_iN is a huge game changer, being that this case also sets precedent with miscommunication, authority and, yet again, something to do with the Bank of America and its banning system.
The defendant has been found not guilty. Be it that it is rather obvious he killed, the points raised by the defense caused me to feel some reasonable doubt which meant that I could not find the defendant guilty.
If you’re bank banned you can’t be let in the bank unless you have permission from the relevant HR. If you’re given permission from a LR you’re still responsible for not going in as you are aware that you are banned and can be arrested/killed/tazed by any law enforcement officer or bank of america employee.
I request that the Supreme Court look closely at this set precedent and decide on it if necessary.
Thank you, Hugo L. Black Retired Supreme Court Justice
