| They say things like "proof?" or "where are your sources?" instead of doing a 4 second search and then continuing the debate. No, just stop the debate right in the middle and say "where proof pl0x" |

| I keep a load of sources saved to categorized notepads and only talk about stuff I'm 100% certain of for exactly this reason |

it's sometimes a good question though a lot of claims are unfounded typically someone will make a very vague claim and i would ask them to give examples of soandso happening |

asking for a source is fine but when you completely deflect an opposing argument to ask for sources, you look childish
good example: (ARGUMENT HERE). And could you also provide sources for those previous statements? Thanks.

asking someone for examples of cases is pretty reasonable too
it's easier to shoot down each example they give to debunk them than to debunk a very vague claim |
