Article I: Military Law
* Subject I: All personnel of the Military must obey direct orders given to them by an individual/s who are more superior in rank and authority.
* Subject II: All personnel is to refrain from killing other personnel within the United States Military without provocation in the form of direct assault or reasonable cause. Members are also to refrain from killing civilians unless they pose an immediate threat or enter a restricted area. -ClauseI: The only way to kill the Personnel of this Military is to request a One on One duel, with the agreement of your opponent. You must present this Duel at a secure and isolated area of the map.
* Subject III: All personnel is to defer obedience to any and all edicts and orders given by the Deputy Supreme Allied Commander, Supreme Allied Commander or the Founder.
*Subject IV: All personnel MUST maintain a level of respect towards their lesser, peers and equals in rank. *Clause I: All personnel MUST maintain a level of maturity while on duty.
*Subject V: All personnel must remove their morphs while on duty. *Clause I: All personnel must wear their proper uniforms. *Clause II: All personnel must NOT wear T-shirts malapropos in nature.
* Subject VI: All personnel is allowed to be in one Primary, One Secondary and Oe Tertiary. *Clause I: Primaries count as main combat division Ex: Rangers or MP, Secondaries count as Departments Ex: Department of War or OSS, Tertiaries are divisions that give you your rank once you gain the role of officer or once you gain valuable recognition through activity or your skills in combat Ex: ORS or Medals.
*Subject: VII: All High-Ranking officer are to refrain from nepotism.
*Subject VIII: All personnel is to report violations of Imperial Policy to superior ranking individuals.
*Section IX: If you are off duty, you must wear regular civilian clothes and be teamed as a civilian. Clause I: Do not bother your friends if they are hosting a training for supervising one.

Article II: Military Regulations
*Subject I: All personnel must follow the Military Laws.
*Subject II: All personnel must maintain the security of their post by restraining or terminating unwanted visitors that have not been approved access by a Military Officer or a Second Lieutenant or above.
*Subject III: If you are in a di#ision, you must wear that specific uniform.
*Subject IV: All officers are to refrain from using arbitrary and abusive usage of their authority.
*Subject V: All Officers are to refrain from using impulsive demotion or promotion, and are to instead utilize the proper methods for such tasks.
*Subject VI: The Chain of Command stipulates that, in situations where possible, Sergeants are to lead Corporals and below, and report to Lieutenants; Lieutenants are to report to Captains and above, who will give orders based on the situation to Lieutenants, who will then relay their commands to Sergeants, who will execute their orders. This machinery is recommended to be followed, but not mandatory.
*Subject VII: If a Lieutenant finds something that seems interesting you must send it up the Chain of Command.
*Subject VIII: All Officers should make a daily report of what they have done, advised to make it in Forum form. Once made, send it to the Deputy Supreme Allied Commander for inspection. Not mandatory, though, but strongly advised.

Article III: Division Regulations
*Subject I: All Division personnel must follow the Military Law and Military Regulation.
*Subject II: All Division Officers must send their daily report to their Company Commander or Division Commander for further inspection.
*Subject III: Must host daily inspections.

Article IV: Raids
*Subject I: All Practice Raids or Raids that are held by an Axis Force must be verified by the Deputy Supreme Allied Commander or the Supreme Allied Commander.
*Subject II: Raids must consist of One Officer and Five NCO's or Enlisted.
*Subject III: Raids must go up to 150 Kills. Clause I: If a member disconnects or crashes during a crash and he had kills, the enemy/ally may re-address those kill's towards their team.
*Subject IV: At the end of each Practice Raid or Raid there must be a promotion ceremony.
*Subject V: There must be at least one Practice Raid per week.
*Subject VI: During raids in our land, the Axis leader of the raid shall receive Temporary Moderator.
*Section VII: If we are defeated during an Offical Raid, we shall seek revenge and raid then in the near future.

Article V: Consequences
*Section I: If a personnel is found breaking the Military Policies, they will be given a demotion. *Clause I: If an Officer is found breaking the Military Policies, they will be Court Marshaled.
*Section II: If a personnel is wearing a morph and their rank is Private First Class or above, they will be given a demotion.
*Section III: If you continue in a Raid or Practice that has not been approved, all the personnel participating in the Raid or Practice Raid shall be given one warning.
*Section IV: If a personnel is breaking a Military Law and people don't try and stop him/her, the people that are observing shall be demoted.
*Section V: If a pe#sonnel is advertising a gr#up they own or they are in, they shall be immediately exiled from the group and permanently banned from all servers.
*Section VI: If a personnel is found team killing, they shall be addressed with a Court Marshal.
*Section VII: All personnel not being mature or respectful shall be given one warning and one light punishment if they continue the punishment will get harder and they may even receive a demotion.
*Section VIII: Any personnel letting random unauthorized Civilians into the training base shall be dealt with a demotion.
*Section IX: If any officers are found free ranking, they shall be dealt with by a Court Marshal.
*Section X: If any officers are found applying nepotism, they shall be dealt with by a Court Marshal.
*Section XI: If an Off Duty Officer is found disturbing an On Duty Officer while he/she is hosting a Training or Overseeing one shall be dealt with a Court Marshal.
