At Ember's®, we want everyone to have an enjoyable time! To do so, we must all respect others. This is why Ember's® has rules, which everyone must follow. If everyone can follow the Code of Conduct, Ember's® will be a safe and respectful environment for everyone. Please read through the Code of Conduct to understand what we expect from you here at Ember's®.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Use Grammar:
This rule was mainly developed for staff. Customers don't necessarily have to use grammar, but we expect all staff to. This not only sets # good example for others, it shows Ember's® is # professional place. Every time you don't use grammar, that shows everyone we can't be professional. Using grammar includes spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and grammar. If you do not use grammar, we may consider demoting you.
Don't Admin Abuse:
This rule was created for our admins. To make our customers and guests feel safe at Ember's®, we can't admin abuse. Admin Abusing is using commands that harm or kill others. They are the abusive commands such as :##ll, :smite, etc. If you are caught admin abusing, you may be demoted or possibly fired.
Be Respectful:
This rule was made for everyone to follow, both staff and guests. This means being respectful to everyone. If you are a staff, and is not being respectful to everyone, you will be warned, but if you continue to, you may be demoted. If you are a customer or guest, you will be warned. But if you continue, you will be kicked or banned depending on how disrespectful you were.
Do Not Troll:
One of the main reasons we have this rule is to make our staff and guests comfortable and safe. Trolling includes dressing up in certain ways, and breaking our rules. If you are a staff, you may be fired or demoted. This depends on what you did. If you are a customer or guest, you will be kicked or banned, depending on what you did.
Wear Appropriate Clothing:
Please wear appropriate clothing when here at Ember's®. This makes everyone feel safe when they come to Ember's®. Do not wear any inappropriate shirts, t-shirts, or pants. If you are caught as a staff, you will be fired or suspended, depending on the clothing. Same goes for customers or guests, but instead, they will be banned or kicked depending on their clothing.
Do Not Hint:
Hinting means trying to get an MR or HR to notice you working, to get a promotion. Hinting can include talking about how long you were at the restaurant., talking about how many customers you served, how long you were in the group, etc. in front of an MR or HR. DO not hint, you will be warned, and demoted in necessary.
