By reading this thread, you will understand what is expected of you in each rank. You are told to do this to receive a promotion. This does NOT mean that you receive a promotion if you follow listed below. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ -2- Ranks:
HRS may promote up to 5 people.
▬Neophyte: Student must attend 1 or more training and show APPROPRIATE skills.
▬Tirones: Student must attend at least 4 trainings and show activity.
▬Accensus: Student must try to improve and have a po#itive KDR.
▬Velites: Student must be trustable and attend every event possible.
▬Legionary: Student shows maturity, uses grammar, and shows improvement in these abilities: -Sword Fighting -Gun Fighting -Agility(Obbies)
▬Hastatus: Student does not break any rules in a training and shows excellent skills.
▬Hastatus - II: Student shows leadership and great amount of maturity on ANY events.
▬Beneficiarius: Student must be careful not to break ANY rules or show ANY immaturity.
▬Venator: Student uses vivid techniques.
▬Praetorians: There is no particular goal for this rank, but to not break any rules.
▬Centurion: Student shows excellent grammar, maturity, skills, techniques, activity, leadership, and trust.
▬Sergeant: Student must fill in the HR application.
▬Advisor: HR tries to hosts at least 1-2 trainings a week and attends other events hosted by other HRs.
▬General: HR ties to hosts at least 2-3 trainings a week and shows excellent leadership.
▬Lieutenant: HR shows amazing skills followed by leadership.
▬Council: Handpicked by the Autarch and the Elder(s).
▬Elder: Handpicked by the Autarch.
NOTE: Any HRs who does not attend ANY events under 5 weeks will be DEMOTED! ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ -3- Conclusion
