workspace.Part.CFrame = workspace.Part2.CFrame * CFrame.Angles(math.rad(0), math.rad(0), math.rad(0))
assuming the rotation of "Part2" isn't Vector3.new(0, 0, 0), this doesn't make the rotation of "Part" Vector3.new(0, 0, 0)
which is a problem because if I set the rotation AFTER setting the CFrame then I'll encounter an issue

| He might mean that "You can't rotate parts located in workspace using localscripts"? |

im using the command bar for this code... and im pretty sure u can, might be mistaken but i dont remember being unable to.

if u want it set to 0
i think doing workspace.Part.Rotation = Vector3.new(0,0,0)
or you could do
workspace.Part.CFrame = CFrame.new(workspace.Part2.CFrame.p)
