My game was suspended because of not Filtering the custom chat
i just wanted them to know that i filtered the Customized chat on it now

| Right!? I have two games which were suspended because I used a radio from free models which they have not removed from free models...Then I fix it and they don't do anything. |

It got suspended on the 7th of February Yesterday
& I am still waiting for them to Respond to my appeal
I used a Free model'd Customchat System & a Naming gui that i've Edited
& They were both Unfiltered
so they Took down my Game for it
But I've filtered it now
& I Dont know how long it will take for them to Accept the Appeal & Reopen it. |

| I think the bigger issue is that you simply used a free model. Why would they allow the free model to be put into your game if it was contrary to their terms and services. Its ridiculous we are being punished for using models that are available on the game. Makes no sense. |

| I know they linked us to some wiki thing on how to fix it. But I'd say most of Roblox would not understand how to utilize the tools they are requesting us to use. |

| They have not told us what the problem was, and we are losing money and our groups are becoming inactive because our games are down. So waiting is not fun, especially when people pay for this game. |

I've been waiting 84 hours for a response, and they have yet to do so. It's absolutely pitiful and frustrating.
In essence, it takes them less than a second to take down a game, but it takes more than a month to get it back up.

| When you send an appeal, you have to wait a day or three, ROBLOX staff members have other appeals and questions to reply to. Don't expect for a reply the same second you send an appeal or any ###### |

Tell me about it. These updates that are specifically for safety make the ROBLOX impossible to enjoy (inb4ban, I criticized their game) for older players.

| If you republish the game in a different server you get banned, happened to me. They made such a ridiculous update they clearly can't handle its roll-out or the details of it. |

| ^ May I ask you to explain the process of what happened? So first, your café was suspended from roblox, and they sent you a message letting you know. Assumingly the next step was to email roblox, to send in an Appeal. What happened next? Did roblox send you back another message telling you that the game was reopened? How long did it take them to get back to you? I've been waiting for three days (72+ hours now.) for a response. Nothing yet, I don't know what to expect. |

The new filtering update required every game to have text filtering, you can implement it through a script, they will put your game in review tell you implement text filtering, and after you put text filtering in game, then email ROBLOX with your game link and group link if you have the game in the group.
