Skylark Airways are getting larger by the day. This indicates that more Rules need to be put in place to make sure everything at the airline is going safe and sound, and that flights are strictly monitored. Behaviour actions have been put into place for those who are not following the instructions of the CEO and the Chairman. Below are the new Rules that all staff must abide with in order to prevent suspension.
-=During A Flight=- All HR's must realise that they may be asked to act as a passenger for the flight due to many specified staff have already been doing their tasks. All Staff are expected to treat the Higher ranks with respect.If HR's act unreasonable, they will receive warnings however if the CEO/Chairman is required to, they will kick you out of the server. This means that you will be suspended for a duration that is yet to be discussed. If Staff act unreasonable to the passengers, They will receive a warning. At Skylark Airways, we do not tolerate anyone discriminating anyone or cursing one another, and anyone doing so will receive a straight ban. Using Caps is a way of implying that you are shouting, So we ask our staff to not use Caps. If however they do, sanctions are in place for all staff. Furthermore, If staff do not listen to the High Ranks, they will equally get warnings. Moreover, if you have been suspended, and you have just finished your suspension you may not receive admin, as it is up to the CEO/Chairman. Any whining to this will or shouting in CAPS may cause you to be suspended again. All these rules during the flight must be followed, and any nonsense will be acted against harshly.
-=Hosting A Flight, Ranking, Training & Overwriting Shouts=- As we follow a strict policy, we do not wish to lose any members. Our policy at the moment is that all flights must be gone through by the Chairman or the CEO. If you host a flight without notice, You may be given warnings. You cannot rank anyone without permission of the CEO or the Chairman. Remember, the CEO and the Chairman have access to the Audit Log, so they will be able to track every single rank change you make. Training will be hosted either One-to-One or group wise. Those who have applied via Twitter will be PM'ed about their success of the application. Any random Training session without permission will result in a double warning, as you have broken 2 rules. One is that Training without Permission. Another is the Overwriting Shouts. Overwriting Shouts is taken very seriously here. Shouts are the way we communicate between the HR's (who host the flight) and the passengers who want to attend. When a shout is written by the CEO or Chairman and it is about an upcoming flight, you should NEVER overwrite it, as it is [SHOUTLOCKED]. [SHOUTLOCKED] May not come up on the shout, but if a CEO/Chairman does one you must realise that this is shout-lock message. If we receive any complaints by any passengers or by another staff, we will investigate it thoroughly and take it seriously, even if it sounds silly.
-=Behaviour Sanctions=- All of the faults shown above have a sanction. Anyone that has been suspended, from a passenger to a staff will be given a message saying two things. One is a Duration of suspension, and the other is Reason of suspension. We have a fair system here at Skylark Airways so we will accept any appeals and read them through. 3 Suspensions in a fortnight will cost you a demotion. While suspended, you are entitled to come to a flight but you will not receive admin, and you will be treated as a general passenger.
-=Summary=- A quick summary of the rules: - Do not overwrite shouts by the Chairman/CEO as they are [SHOUTLOCKED] - Do not host a #raining without Permission - Ranking must be gone through by the CEO/Chairman - You may not host flights without the attention of the CEO/Chairman - You must treat all with respect - If we have any complaints about staff, we will take serious action. - During a flight, if you do not follow the requirements, you may be kicked
I hope all staff have read this thoroughly and understand the importance of their role here at Skylark Airways. This is created for staff to understand the rules, and I want to make it clear that we will not accept horrible behaviour from our staff.
I hope I will never have to suspend staff, but as the time goes on we will see.
