Amendment to Article I
The only nations and organizations that are considered legitimate belligerents and parties to the civil conflict are the Korean Liberation Front and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Any active combatants that are not members of the armed forces of these two entities are barred from official battles and must be banned on sight. Note that observers from the Cypriot National Guard are not considered active combatants.
Amendment to Article III
If the Korean Liberation Front is able to defend the city of Busan and launch a successful counterattack on Seoul, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea will cede control of Yeonpyeong Island to the Korean Liberation Front. The Korean Liberation Front will then possess all the legitimate military targets required to claim victory and restore the Republic of Korea.
Clarification
These amendments in this document pertain to the Joint Agreement Regarding the Korean Civil War. The title "Amendments to the Joint Agreement on the Korean Civil War" was used due to the subject line character limit. This does not impact the legally binding nature of this document.
