- General Information –
Welcome to Starfleet Command (UFP). We are a ROBLOX group based of Gene Rodenberry's Star Trek and taking place in the year 2379. We largely do roleplays, trainings, practice raids, and patrols. While we are a great group to be in, we do have some rules and strict guidelines (at least in certain areas). In this document, you will learn the rules of Starfleet Command (UFP) and also how the group works. Enjoy! We ask not to advertise your groups on our wall or shout, Please.
- General Requirements -
1.) You must heave a basic understanding of Star Trek. The only reason this is a requirement is because we don’t want you to get confused. 2.) Upon joining Starfleet Command (UFP), you must go to Allies, browse through and join a division of your choice. Then, go to the group’s Store tab and buy the uniform that conform to your division. You will be given one week to do this. 3.) You must also wear rank pips. Depending on your rank, you must have a different set of rank pips. To get them, go to the group’s Store tab and buy the rank pips that conform to your rank. (Know that each set of rank pips is generally cheap, around 2 ROBUX.) 4.) Proper grammar, punctuation and spelling are required. While we understand you’re going to make typos and not understand how to spell everything, please just try your best. 5.) You MUST READ the Prime Directive!
- Section One: Behavior –
1.) Respect other people, above and below you in rank. We are all living beings with feelings and ideas, just like you. 2.) Respect other’s feelings and ideas. While it’s not always what you want or even what you think, you don’t have to say anything if it’s destructive. As already mentioned, we’re all living beings. Think before you act. 3.) Respect property. While it’s just digital, it is destructive on a level. 4.) Do not kill other officers or guests. This is a Class One offense of the court. YOU WILL BE PUNISHED ACCORDINGLY. The punishment for this offence is a 7 day suspension and a demotion to the rank two ranks below your current one. 5.) Do not harm other officers or guests. This is a Class Two offense of the court. YOU WILL BE PUNISHED ACCORDINGLY. The punishment for this offence is a 7 day suspension. 6.) Hacking/exploiting, spamming, and administrator (admin, for short) power abuse is not allowed. If you see this, report it to an [HR]+ immediately. If it is hacking/exploiting or spamming, also report them using ROBLOX’s report system. This offence is not classified as it is very serious. The punishment for this offence is a 30 day suspension and a demotion to Crewman for as long as the Commander-in-Chief sees fit. 7.) Keep it clean. You won't know the ages of many of our group members and there is no need to expose them to that type of language.
- Section Two: Uniforms -
1.) Uniforms are required to be worn, not all the time, but at least when attending group events like trainings, roleplays, patrols, practice raids and court martials. 2.) As already mentioned, you have one week to buy a complete uniform. Pants and shirts are generally 5 ROBUX, and rank pips 2 ROBUX. 3.) Uniform colors and the rank the rank pips represent must conform to your division and rank. If you have trouble with this, the title of the clothing in question may be of assistance. 4.) Uniform colors are simple: Red is Command, yellow is Engineering/Tactical, blue shoulders are Science, and a blue torso is Medical. 5.) If you need to buy new rank pips, you will be given two days since they’re “generally cheap”.
- Section Three: Ranks -
1.) Free ranks will not be given, they must be earned. So please, don’t ask. 2.) You can only be promoted once a day. 3.) Rear Admiral Lower Half+ are the only personnel that will have admin. The abuse of these powers will result in the powers being revoked and the accused being suspended until a court martial can be called. 4.) Only {FA/DEV}+ can edit Group Places. 5.) Unlike other groups, you will not be promoted in the general fleet for being promoted in a division. 6.) In a division, you can send an application (if applications are open) to the owner or Director to become the Director or Deputy Director if your application is found acceptable. 7.) You cannot be promoted above [HR] Fleet Admiral unless you can build or script (or do both) well. 8.)In order for a cadet to be promoted, they must earn 150 points. 9.) Points will only be awarded in Trainings. 10.) In roleplays, patrols and practice raids, you will be promoted only if the host decides you participated, followed orders, etc. well. The previous is decided at the discretion of the host . 11.) The host has final say in the event they are hosting UNLESS an HR is present. 12.) In order to be promoted to Fleet Admiral, you must fully understand the Prime Directive, carry it out to the fullest, and actively participate in group events. 13.) Cadets graduate on the last day of every month. In order to graduate, you must have accumulated at least 150 points in trainings before Graduation Day.
- Section Four: Court Martials -
1.) There are different court positions. There is the judge, jury, defendant, accused, and prosecutor. 2.) Spectators sit in the chairs in the row on the sidelines on the sides of the court room. 3.) Spectators may not interfere in the case. 4.) Spectators may not talk unless needed. Normally we don’t do this, but it’s simply because we need to be able to use and see the chat without spectators updating it every three seconds with nonsensical content, making it impossible to read (and actually try the case). 4.) Witnesses are anyone who is not fulfilling a role such as juror. 5.) The Judge is ALWAYS the Commander-in-Chief of Starfleet. 6.) Seating for personnel non-essential to the Court Martial will be labeled along with seating for personnel essential to the Court Martial. 7.) Court Martials will always take place on a Friday or Saturday night. 8.) A trial date should be selected no more than 2 months before the Trial and no less than 2 weeks before the Trial. 9.) All personnel are required to wear a Dress Uniform to a Court Martial, along with pips. 10.) The Star Spangled Banner and Group Anthem (Voyager Theme) will be played before every Court Martial
