| ...warn the owners via PM directly from the moderator. The owner gets a 1 day period to fix all problems listed in said PM before ROBLOX does place the game under review. This seems fair, many games have been placed under review and the owners didn't even get a chance. That means that developers will lose profit just because ROBLOX is triggered about moderation. |

| Support, this is moderation in the right direction without lazy bots to handle things. |

I support this. But give them like 2 or 3 days, I feel 1 day isn't long enough.

Support, I'm a scripter for a game that got moderated, they don't even tell you what the problem is so it's a guessing game as to what triggered the problem.
Provide the following in your messages: Name of the script(s) that's causing the issue Code snippet(s) around the problem area
(Oh, and actually get a live human being to check this because it turns out the "chat GUI" my game was being moderated for was an old disabled script that was not even active.)
Then give us 24 hours to fix the problem before you moderate the game. It's ridiculous that what is often literally a ten minute fix turns into a three day wait period.

Not exactly sure why your games are getting moderated. I have never seen one of my or a friends games get moderated, so to me you guys are doing something wrong...
Not saying its a bad idea to give a grace period, but you guys should know the terms before building. Roblox just needs to display them better i guess.

@ausome - You and your friends don't have popular games, and we know exactly why they get moderated.
ROBLOX recently released some new service called FilterChatAsync you now HAVE to pass all user input through. Anyone without access to RBXDEV (y'know, like me and other small/medium size developers) was not notified of this in any way.
The issue isn't people violating the rules, the issue is ROBLOX expects everyone to be up to date with a rule they just made a month or so ago and it's very easy to forget you allow user input in some scripts you may not have touched in literally months.
I've got nothing against complying with these rules, I just want to know exactly what the issue is instead of having to play a stupid guessing game every time my game disappears, because their automated detection system is terrible and picks up decrepit code that is never even used. That's not a lot to ask. |

I dont see any user input in Anarchy, or is it only moderators that can see it ? |

@Robotz
That's the point - the "user input" we got reviewed for was an unfinished chat GUI that was never even actually used in the game. If we had been told this, we would have just deleted the script and had the problem solved almost instantly. |

And I completely refuse to implement filterchatasync. Why is it my game can be about killing each other and have guns but people cant say what they want.
If people are saying bad things ban the people, dont drag roblox down with them |

I support this because it putting games under review for no reason without a warning before it goes under review, the owner of the game could get confused.

| Not only confused, but the owner will be devastated that their famous game with one million visits has been shut down. |

@ausomefire
That's great but as soon as your game gets decently popular it's going to get shut down for "review", and they won't tell you exactly what the problem is, just "you didn't filter something!". |

It's such a clumsy move that the staff doesn't give you an aforementioned warning or notification, but instead, close a place down for "review" until a problem that some developers might be confused about is fixed.
Support, though I do suggest that the timeframe for rerunning a place after all requirements are met should be slightly more extended: it should be approximately 2 days, just to stay on the safe side. |
