I can relate, also had one in my left ear when I was 8.
Besides crying myself to sleep for the past week, ear bleeding/discharge and literally wanting to die from the pain (Nope, not joking.) It was alright. |

Swimmer's ear is an infection of the outer ear canal that runs from the eardrum to the outside of the head. It's often caused by water remaining in the ear after swimming. This creates a moist environment that helps bacteria or fungi grow. The main symptom is redness in the outer ear accompanied by warmth and pain. A person may be prescribed ear drops and advised to keep the ear dry. |

| It depends how serious, i remember when i was like 8 i had an ear infection that was so bad, it sounded like there was a guy shooting a shotgun ever few seconds next to my ear |
