| No shame in confidence, just as there's no shame in being wrong. |

Being confident then getting something wrong is something to be shameful about.
If you're not sure but still wrong then you shouldn't be embarrassed. |

| Being arrogant and being wrong can be embarrassing, and shameful. Being confident and wrong is fine, so long as you understand that you were wrong. |

"Don't you guys have any faith in yourselves? You have to be super confident and stuff and always believe you're the best at what you do."
That's a bit of an exaggeration but a lot of people here aren't super skilled or experienced in the realm you're working in.

Well apart from all the putdowns and whatnot, I have 2 things to say.
First, hi RoguMagu. Secondly, I could write up frameworks and document stuff so I could possibly qualify for 2 categories, it's up to what the general jobs are though and if there is any pay involved. |

All of our stuff is free and open-source, and we make things because we like the community; we are yet to receive anything back from the community.
That said, if projects do receive support from the community and funds can be attained (After dealing with existing costs), pay can be negotiated. |

| I still have no idea what any of your projects are supposed to do. All I know is that Freya puts a bunch of functions into _G. |

Freya provides core utilities and libraries for developments of games, modules, and plugins. It also provides standards and features to make sure that things just work; dependency resolution, intents, permissions, load-order management, automagic package management, and some other things.
Valkyrie provides features for players which succeed features which Roblox removed or botched, acting as a portal and service for making actual games with Roblox, providing the meta-game features your game wish it had but could never get. |

| So what can Valkyrie do? Can it create new types of Instances? That would be so cool. |

Oh basically it just cheats and tells the game that something is what it isn't, and tells your scripts that something isn't what it is.
It basically invites the Mad Hatter to manage your script for you. |

If you'd like to be a writer, you'll need to show an example of your writing ability and comprehension by checking the docs at CrescentCode/Enchiridion (On GitHub), choosing a topic, writing about it, and submitting a pull-request with your finished work. This should give me a fairly good idea of your ability to inspect and comprehend concepts and specifications either from existing documentation or from code. Do not be afraid to ask about how to format a document if you're not sure.
As for Freya BaseLib? It's at CrescentCode/Freya under /Core/BaseLib.mod.lua - Be careful with it though; it's not documented yet, and it hasn't been properly ported from Valkyrie or updated to use new Roblox features. |

| Being a writer for your group sounds like a lot of work. I tried setting the value of an ObjectValue to a Userdata created by your script, but it errored and crashed studio :( I probably did something wrong. |

It crashed Studio, huh? Are you able to replicate that?
Also, in order for it to work it has to be injected into the script. It handles the telling of things that things are what things aren't. You should wait until I get an injector ready; I'll sort it out tomorrow if somebody reminds me. |

| Okay. So if I use this right, would I be able to have a custom object appear in the explorer tab, or at least be set as the Value of an ObjectValue? |
