Most of my Robloxian Career, I have spent within Police Departments or Combative Departments/Agencies. With that, I have recently started thinking about joining the Stapleton County Fire Department. However, the Department and it's academy seems to be inactive?
The last shout posted within the Firestone Fire Department was on January 12th, and simply stated that wearing the Academies uniform is strictly prohibited in a basic summary. No were does it say any departmental ambitions nor relaunch dates (if it were to be currently shutdown).
Although Stapleton County is under review, Firestone should take advantage of this time to get as much training done whether it be through P.O.S.T, F.F.A, F.I.T.E, or even just departmental training! Therefore when the County is back open and people start flooding the servers, as it always happens. Departmental resources will be ready in order to overcome any obstacles which comes when the county re-opens.
In a basic summary or tl;dr, Firestone should start hosting more F.F.A / P.O.S.T tiers to get more people out of the way and administer administrative actions while the County is closed. Therefore, when the county is open we can have lots of county, state, and/or municipal departments working!
Thanks.

As FFA Director Tactical states "The FFA's campus is very buggy and the developers are lazy" so therefore by that, FFA can't run.

As I was telling BreadyToCrumble when discussing this topic on Discord. I have been an instructor for many different groups, varying topics and criteria. With this, I have learned that there is always more than one way to instruct one topic. As it may be more appealing to do it one way and wait for the technology. It may be more ethical to do it another and have to re-draft the training curriculum until this would be addressed.
Now, this is nothing against the Fire Chief or anyone in particular. I am simply stating that there is always an alternative way of doing something. Whether or not this method is used is one thing, however, if they truly wanted to conduct training's and start educating people on the departmental criteria, they would do so.
Thanks.

@T0P,
See, that's fine and all. However, I would recommend you all taking advantage of the time out of Stapleton County to implement as many training sessions as possible. This time off would also give you all the time needed to meet and come up with alternative instruction plans.
Thanks.

I don't think they want your 'recommendations'. They're able to make decisions without your input.

And if you couldn't read the comment above yours, it says that their facility isn't finished, and they're not going to train until it is.
