An Act,
To instate a national military draft targeting active members of the federal government and private businesses.
Be it enacted by the House of Representatives and the Senate of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
Section 1. SHORT TITLE; (a) This act will be referred to as “Military Draft Act”
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE; (a) This act will take effect the next business day after being passed.
Section 3. INTRODUCTION; DEFINITIONS; (a) This act will allow a military draft to be conducted. (b) Federal worker will refer to those working for an agency or department that is associated with the Executive Branch. (c) Private worker will refer to those working for a company allied with the Department of Commerce and Labor. (d) Candidate will refer to those who are being considered for the military draft. Defense leadership will refer to those who head the Department of Defense.
Section 4. OPERATION; (a) Directors and secretaries of their respective agency/department will inform their members to send a request to the group “[NUSA] United States Military” and attend Basic Training. (b) Business owners are to inform their members to send a request to the group “[NUSA] United States Military” and attend Basic Training. (c) Candidates who disregard the draft will be liable to loss of employment and prosecution in the court of law. (d) One month following the passing of the military draft, those drafted will be able to apply to the Department of Veteran Affairs for “Veteran” status.
Section 5. REQUIREMENTS; (a) Candidate must be of the rank American Citizen, High Profile Citizen, or Federal Employees. (b) Candidate must be a federal worker or a private worker.
Section 6. EXCEPTIONS; (a) Those of the Judicial or Legislative Branch are exempt from the military draft. (b) Those who hold leadership roles within the Executive Branch will be exempt from the military draft. (c) Business owners are exempt from the military draft.
