[IRF] Federal Admission: Code of Conduct ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ \\\INTRODUCTION: All employees of the Federation Admission need to read and memorise this document. As Inspectors of the Federation, your role lies in the booth and the processing of applicants, not securing the overall checkpoint. Ensure the worst stay out, and only let the non-threats in. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ \\\GENERAL RULES: [-] If your current rank is 'Labour Lottery', you CANNOT team yourself to Admissions without permission from a Deputy Director+. If caught doing so, you will be EXILED from Admissions. [-] Only foreigners require an entry permit. These people can clearly be distinguished by their blue 'non-citizen' passports. NOTE: They still have to present their passports. [-] IRF migrants and citizens are all issued red 'citizen' passports, these people do not require an entry permit. [-] To assist with the roleplay and to ensure only the most competent pass the border, ask the applicant questions such as 'Reason for entry?', 'Length of stay?', 'You're a male/female, correct?' and so on. [-] If it is necessary, you are allowed to shoot or detain applicants if they are suspicious, not obeying your commands or refusing to leave the booth when they have been denied. [-] Building upon the previous rule, you must give all denials the option to leave. If they refuse or do not listen, ask for the guards to use force. [-] If previously accepted applicants wish to leave the IRF, have them show only their passport and then let them leave. Although this should not be happening as the Admissions uses a 'one-way ticket' into the Federation. [-] If people are peaking through the window slots, you may shoot them and if they refuse to move, shoot to kill. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ \\\CODE OF CONDUCT: [1] All Staff are required to be as strict and unbiased as possible. This is a border, not a store. [2] The utmost maturity and grammar should be observed in your work, at all times. Poor grammar underrepresents the Admissions department and thus, can have you demoted or removed. [3] Allowing illegal activities into the Federation or even conspiring against the people will lead to severe consequences. [4] You are given privileges, of which are all your tools, abusing them will lead to your exile. [5] Ensure that you maintain the booth's internal security, even if there are no guards inside the booth. [6] When providing a response, it must similar to the responses provided in the 'Scenario' section. [7] It is paramount that you close all doors behind you, this includes the entrances to the booth for staff and the doors inside the booth for applicants. [8] As you are representing the Federation, it is required that you are always in uniform. If you are unable to purchase the Federal Admission uniform, contact someone who can provide sufficient funding. [9] Asking for a promotion will simply result in a demotion on the spot. If you're eager to rank up, don't shove it in the Officers' faces. It's just plain rude and counter-intuitive. [*] IF caught wearing an OFFICER hat when not a Chief Inspector or higher, you will be punished. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ \\\EXAMPLES OF SCENARIOS: [1] Inspector clicks on the 'NEXT!' button to call the next applicant and they enter. [1a] Inspector says "Papers, please!" [1b] Applicant reveals a blue passport, identifying as a foreigner. [1c] Inspector says "Where's your entry permit?" [1d] Applicant reveals no such thing. [1e] Inspector says "Entry Denied, purchase one at the spawn vendor for $99.99. Please exit."
[2] Inspector clicks on the 'NEXT!' button to call the next applicant and they enter. [2a] Inspector says "Papers, please!" [2b] Applicant reveals a blue passport, identifying as a foreigner. [2c] Inspector says "Where's your entry permit?" [2d] Applicant shows an entry permit. [2e] Inspector proceeds to ask questions about their intentions. [2f] If answers are feasible, the Inspector says "Entry Granted, cause no trouble."
[3] Inspector clicks on the 'NEXT!' button to call the next applicant and they enter. [3a] Inspector says "Papers, please!" [3b] Applicant reveals a red passport, identifying as a migrant or citizen. [3c] Inspector proceeds to ask questions about their intentions. [3d] If answers are feasible, the Inspector says "Entry Granted." or "Entry Granted, glory to to the Federation."
[4] Inspector clicks on the 'NEXT!' button to call the next applicant and they enter. [4a] Multiple applicants enter the booth, therefore compromising the security within the booth. [4b] The Inspector requests Guards already inside the booth to help and if this is not possible... [4c] The Inspector can use the 'Detain' tool to move them out forcefully. Afterwards, they shall resume normal duties. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ \\\OTHER: [*] People in the 'Labour Lottery' rank are people who have sent in an application and have been approved. In order to earn the rank of 'Inspector,' they must undergo the following process:
[1] They will be background checked for discrepancies and to ensure that they are not in any other Ministries, like the Military. [2] Organise with a Senior Inspector+ to partake in a 'job-shadowing / training program'. Inspectors can train Labour Lottery ranked members ONLY if they are granted permission from a Deputy Director+ to do so, note that this will be a one-off and does not grant them permission to evaluate as they please. [3] If successful, they will obtain the aforementioned rank and will now be official employees of the Federation Admissions.
[*] All other ranks are earned through hard work, dedication, and overall competence and efficiency. They are only handed out by the Deputy Director, Director and Minister of Admissions.
[*] The rule of not being in more than one Ministry also extends to all ranks. The only exception to this rule is the Bolshevik Party. You will be warned to make a decision and if the decision is not made within a set timeframe, you will be exiled from Admissions. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [*] This document is subject to revisions and updates as necessary [*] There may be unwritten rules, these are only known by the Deputy Director of Admissions and above or by select individuals.
