| Cosmetics - It was there I was my squad was fighting for freedom. I took my pink and purple hearts m4a1 and took the battle by storm. My Huge disco sunglasses glittered in the sunlight. But when the bloom set in, my rainbow knife kept me hopeful. Said no vet ever. |

Read the whole thing, can't exactly pinpoint the worst mechanics, if you want some, i'd says it's the ones that make the game too easy

| Arrogance - Sometimes a developers gets way to high in mighty with their achievements and grow a huge ego. An ego so huge it causes them to put in annoying gimmicks, bad mechanics, and just overall bad ideas into a game, but with said arrogance, they wont admit that its a bad idea and may even attack the consumers for "not understanding the dev's idea". Also they tend to neglect to add anything that other people made because they don't want other people's influence or something like that. |

| I actually agree with the devs on that you should not judge their game. It's like telling your parents that buying that car was a bad idea even though it's bran new and it's their car. If you wanted to you could walk but you still persist to ride with them. |

When devs completely ruin a good franchise by getting rid of base building, resource gathering, and adding a population cap and a bottombar.
Sorry. I'm still upset over Tiberian Twilight.

when you say "judge", do you mean criticize? If so, that analogy doesn't work. Developers makes games for the consumers to buy and play so they can get money from it. However to do this, the consumers need to be happy. The consumers have the ability to judge and criticize their games. Without criticism, there is no chance of growth.
The car analogy is a false analogy. The Car benefits the parents, if the child doesn't like it, his/her opinion wont matter in the long run. The car is the parents' right? The kid should eat a #### until he gets his own. |

You said the parents were buying the car? While I'm buying my video games and I can judge as I please, plus have you ever heard of a video game critic? That's a horrible analogy and your point is pretty off, no offense man.

@tjl
Not exactly it's entertainment meaning that it's harder to please the numbers. Your thinking of it as a product like a phone that it's easier to find common ground with the consumers. Games are a lot harder to make because consumers for games usually are unique. Look at fallout 4 it pleased a lot of people but a lot more are not satisfied with the product. So what you dislike someone else likes or does not mind. The only thing a game should never do is rush changes or follow by what players want. The consumer is only right sometimes but a lot of the time they flail their frustrations at the developers like children or ask for something that either does not fit in the game or is in another game. The player base pretty much killed wow with complaining that the game is too hard and one patch later it's too easy or boring. |
