| Of course, by not eating yourself full, you shouldn't starve or malnourish yourself. |

While as to gain weight you have to force yourself to eat more than usual and then work out.
I really need to gain weight. |

Basically, eat at meal times, aka breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you're having a snake, make sure it's healthy. |

I suggest not giving yourself 'treats' on the weekend.
People tend to take a 'treat' as gorging yourself and gaining all your weight back within hours.
