I've been forced to camp a few times.
While I'll admit it was a little enjoyable at some points, it ultimately was a terrible experience. Being in the outdoors for longer than 10 minutes makes me feel horrible, let alone many hours. |

Do I like camping? Yes, I do. Will I go ever again? No. This is because it has rained every time I go. It has rained so constantly during each trip that it left a permanent negative outlook of camping in my family.

| 😳 I can't imagine not loving the outdoors.. I mean I usually hate the first few minutes, especially if it's hot, but I really do love nature. There's just something about the experience of waking up during a beautiful sunrise to birds chirping, it's freezing cold and you're bundled up... Ah man I need to go camping |

| LOL it's never rained when I went, sorry that you're cursed. ☹️ Maybe try camping in a place with a drier climate |

I do like to rent a cabin sometimes for vacation. I like the outdoors and the peace it provides, but with the addition of having a stable and effective shelter above my head!

I'll admit, certain aspects of nature are nice, but most of them make me feel miserable. The one that makes me feel the worst is sunlight; an obnoxious yellowish tint shining constantly makes me stressed out and irritable easily for some reason. A few minutes of it is tolerable, but any more than that I can't really handle too well.
Being in the cold while camping and it being night time seems kinda fun to be honest.
Not sure though. |

| Probably my favorite experiences were when I went walking for a few hours, swam in a nearby spring, and then nighttime. I don't came when it's above 60 degrees though, that just seems unpleasant. |

I love looking out at the stars at night. Last time I got a cabin by a lake (or pond?) and there was a dock I could walk down to. I sat outside on the dock and looked at the stars. Since there were no trees in the lake (duh) there was nothing stopping you from seeing the starry sky. There was also little light pollution so that helped. I even could see the Milky Way itself.

I probably won't be going for a while though. I go with the fam, but since they don't have the time right now it won't happen soon. I doubt it will at least.

Camping in winter seems pretty fun the more I think about it.
Doubt I'll ever be able to. |
