| So I live in San Diego, and there is a storm currently. It says Error: 0x00005 or something. Is this just ROBLOX files, or is the storm causing this? I have no idea. I already tried uninstalling, but that didn't work. |

| We need more info. Are you playing a game and this error occurs? Or are you clicking on Roblox links and it pops up? |

| Been having the same issue even after resetting my PC, reinstalling it gives some issues. Connected to Wi-Fi, and btw speeds are about 70 mbps. Running Windows 10, but on the Insider Fast Ring build 15007. That maybe the problem but i'm possibly not correct on it. |

| Instead, installing it hangs it on "Installing ROBLOX" with the green bar almost to the end but hangs there. |
