You get the scalpel making a vertical incision, right where the sternum is: then you get the cauterizer and cauterize the edges from bleeding, then you retract the skin with your hands.
A get the sternum saw
B continue cauterizing for no reason
C try to slice open the sternum with the scalpel

You get the sternum saw as your assistants hold the skin back, you beging sawing through the sternum then opening it
A get the sternum retractor
B crack the sternum along with a few ribs for more space
C let your assistants hold the sternum open |

Instead of using the sternum retractor, you grab e sternum and crack it back along with breaking a few ribs, your assistants start yelling at you "WHAT DID YOU JUST DO!?". You ignore them and continue. A full visual of the heart is now seen,
A stop the heart
B start detaching the heart
C remove the heart
