A Bill to Establish Ex Post Facto (ReSubmit)
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: This bill ensures that you can’t be charged for a crime that was committed before it went into law.
SECTION 2: Crime is defined as: actions that break the laws of the State of Firestone.
SECTION 3: The Judicial Branch (DoJ / FS Courts) and Firestone Law Enforcement shall oversee and enforce this piece of Legislation.
SECTION 4: Upon passing both Chambers of the State of Firestone Congress, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
