Rodgers' hail mary is a lot about skill actually.
The parabola (?) of the ball path combined with how the nose of the ball hits the ground first makes it incredibly difficult to swat and easy to WRs to catch |

TD-INT
Matt Ryan: 38-7
Aaron Rodgers: 40-7
Tom cheat Brady: 28-2
And right now Aaron Rodgers blows them out of the water, looking at weeks 1-8, Matt Ryan was better. Right now, Aaron Rodgers is undoubtably the best QB in the NFL |

alright yeah rn obv rodgers is better, but getting back on topic it really doesnt take too much effort to chuck a ball up like a hail mary is more luck than it is skill (usually)

@Alan
Brady also missed 4 games and still finished with the league record for TD to INT ratio, so.
Also, Brady's suspension was not a good suspension considering he's innocent. |

We all know he missed 4 games, and only threw for 28 TD, you just stated info we already knew |

alright i did the math, brady would have been on track for 37 tds, and probably 3 picks. rodgers had 40 tds and 7 picks, but brady had 3 picks and led his team to an 11-1 record when he started, only loss to the seahawks.

Congrats? You literally did the same thing with your post.
You're saying he "only threw for 28 TD" like it's a bad thing. 28 touchdowns in 12 games with a good running game (LeGarrett Blount is a friggen thousand yard rusher and also led the league in rushing touchdowns, which isn't that relevant but there's people that love rushing TDs as a stat), in my eyes, is more impressive than 40 in 16 with an awful running game (the Packers had a WR play running back after every running they had either A. got injured, or B. was bad).
Brady averaged 2.3 touchdowns a game this season, Rodgers averaged 2.5 touchdowns. It's barely a difference.
Brady averaged .166666667 interceptions per game this season, Rodgers averaged .4375, or .44 interceptions per game this season.
Assuming he stayed on the same course he was on this season if he played all 16 games (which isn't a bad assumption, Brady was on fire and to be fair, Rodgers was too), Brady would have finished with slightly less TDs, but fewer interceptions.
Let's also not forget that Gron##### gone for most of the season while Rodgers still had his top wideout the entire season (Jordy Nelson.)
I think Brady is better. Rodgers is at least the second best QB in the NFL. I'm making assumptions on what I think Brady would do, but they aren't horrible assumptions. |

Catching hail mary passes isn't as lucky as people think. The whole thing about it is like any jump ball. POSITION YOURSELF. Easier said than done though, because everyone else downfield is doing the same thing.
And it's more than just throwing hail marys because people are witnessing how far downfield the guy can throw time and time again, which I think is crazy.
But who am I to say |
