be able to lift 100lbs (45.4kg) telekinetically or 10,000lbs (4535.9kg) physically?
Your physique stays the same, no matter what you choose (no giant head for telekinesis or Hulk Hands for the strength) You can't increase what you can lift by working out, it's always the 100 or 10,000. STRENGTH LIMITS You can "activate" the strength when you need it, just like TK. That way you're still free to pet kittens. Only abilities like punching, crushing, lifting, etc are enhanced. No jumping high/far or running fast. It doesn't make you any more durable. TELEKINESIS LIMITS Your range is "within reason" or, more specifically, let's say about the distance an average human can sprint in ten seconds. Nothing overpowering. You can throw objects. You can "remove" 100lbs/45kg from an object to make it easier to lift/move. You can lift/move multiple objects, as long as the weight is less than or equal to the limit. The speed at which you can lift/throw/move is also "within reason." Think about how Magneto does it in the X-Men movies. The more precise you are with an item (taking it apart) or the heavier it is, the more fatigued you become. Although this is nominal. Since you can't jump or run with strength, I'm going to forbid gliding with TK.

option 1, duh. You would be the best cop ever. "Take 1 step closer and I kill the victim" Mkay *takes gun with telekinesis*. |

hmm lets see since the average running speed of a human is 6.7 m/s Δx=(vo+vf/2)t Δx=(0+6.7/2)(10) Δx=(3.35)(10) Δx=33.5 meters
meh, 33.5 meters is good enough, ill go with TK |

| When did I say they'd kill the victim? I said take the gun away with telekinesis. Not that much of a threat when unarmed. |
