I often get angry at even the smallest of things. Things that usually made me sad made me go into an episode of an anger meltdown (things like getting a detention) This has gotten way out of hand recently as there was an incident where I choke slammed another student for making a snide remark behind my back.
But, however, I haven't actually felt happy in quite a long time. I tried to keep this to myself but i'll share it with you.
I also break a lot of things and I am shouting a lot more. I am wanting help from you guys because I believe that I am putting my family in danger due to my size which is 5 ft 11 inches and my weight of 18 stone.
Any advice?

| Go to therapy. I deal with serious anger problems as well, and that's helped me. Go to therapy and find a place, irl or online, where you can safely vent about things that irritate you. |

Try watching and listening to things like ASMR or nature sounds. Spend more time outside and with nature. Drink a lot of water, eat healthy, and just treat anyone who angers you like they don't matter (as in what they say won't affect you at all)
I know how you feel, except, I'm not that strong nor tall. I get really mad at people and would probably do the same if I was your height. I just forget about the people that make me mad and listen to some relaxing stuff, go outside, or eat something healthy. Hopefully it helps. |

It's a shame really because most of the people where I come from think all the big people are happy and golden and have it perfectly. though it might not actually be that way.

| this happens to me all the time like to the point where if someone was breathing too loud if get angry. taking out my anger (breaking stuff, burning it, punching walls) helped relieve it when it comes back. i recommend trying that |
